New Ray-ban Glasses From Meta Feature AI Displays, Targeted Launch In 2025 With Compact Alerts
Tech giant Meta is planning to include innovative displays in its much
anticipated Ray-Bay smart glasses product. The news was first reported
by the Financial Times recently which shed more light on the matter thanks to sources familiar with the product.
Meta
is making sure its Ray-Ban smart glasses are nothing short of unique.
The new edition will feature screens that might be a part of the product
shortly where a launch during the start of 2025 is expected. However,
the actual release date might not be until the second half of 2025.
The company already has its newly launched Orion AR glasses for this. This might not be out until a few years. But the similar report shared more on the positivity that Orion got and that’s why its production continues to accelerate as we speak. A commercial release could come sooner than what most people anticipate.
Right now, it’s uncertain if these glasses will remain a leading prototype design in-house. Remember, the Ray-Ban smart glasses by the tech giant were a surprise hit for many fans.
The reason why is simple. They’re not only stylish in design but also wonderful in performance. This new model entails in-ear speakers with cameras and microphone access. There’s even an exciting option to get access to the virtual assistant.
The simplicity of the latest design is another hot selling point and also the ability to capture videos and images through the product is certainly very unique. Many hope the screens aren’t getting in the way of others and that they won’t come at the additional cost of making improvements to the camera system.
Remember, Ray-Ban glasses from Meta are the perfect product for clicking quick images of animals or your last coffee. You can use it to ensure your moving object remains still while capturing. Yes, it’s like a dream for any photographer.
